We meet the legal requirements relating to staff qualifications and paediatric first aid in a day nursery. All staff also receive training in basic food hygiene, manual handling and health and safety. We provide a range of opportunities for all staff to attend training for their own continuous professional development.
All our nursery staff possess a secure working knowledge in areas such as safeguarding children, we also have a Special Educational Needs Coordinator at each setting who train other staff on how to deal with any special needs and requirements. They also attend varied training sessions throughout the years designed to improve and extend their practice in working with children.
